As a Lead Partner in Initial Teacher Training (ITT), we work with a wide network of schools and universities to support the recruitment, development and retention of trainee teachers across primary and secondary education. 

We offer: 

✅ Recruitment support – We help schools identify and recruit early career teachers suited to their setting. 
✅ Placement management – We arrange placements through our network and handle all the administration. 
✅ Funding for placements – Financial support is available for schools hosting trainee teachers. 
✅ Trainees from top programmes – We work with universities offering PGCE and PGCE with QTS courses across a wide range of subjects. 
✅ SEND expertise – We support placements in SEND and specialist settings. 
✅ On-going partnership support – Our team stays in touch throughout, offering practical advice and pastoral support.
